Ameren Missouri is seeking a 20 year license extension for its nuclear reactor at Callaway. At a public hearing Wednesday 3/14 we were there raising safety concerns. Check it out in the Fulton press and on KOMU.

The EPA didn’t examine important – and safer- long-term alternatives to leaving radioactive waste where it was illegally dumped in the Missouri River floodplain- and that’s a problem says Florissant City Council, one of the downstream communities relying on drinking water from the Missouri River.
